hey out there.
I've always got a hankering to play skill users with minor magical power, but I don't like the cheese factor of the bard or the headache of multi-classing.
At the least I'd like to know the range of my options.
I personally can use any class that fits within the d20 license, but I can probably convince the DM to use anything that could concievabley fit within the greater scope of Toril. AU, for instance, has been allowed, and I am considering one of the witches.
So I'd love to have an index of magic-using high skill classes. 4+int per level and a decent range of skills is the minimum requirement, but I'd be willing to listen to less if it's got lots of neat class features that are strictly looking at magic use ala the sorceror or wizard. Divine versus arcane makes no difference.
I am likely to be doing most of the social work for the party, so keep that in mind.
Thank-you very much for the help.
