Donät see how this would be much dofference from Class Survivor, really. Fist, we kill all the leaders...

Actually I think it's demonstrating that voting for something and voting against something creates different results. Look at the warlord.

(The 4th edition forum is for rules discussions. This poll is for fun and I am sure that most people here play more than one roleplaying game.)

This is how I understand it also.

...The Seeker is no less previewed and playable than the Psion, Monk and Ardent. There's a full 1-30 half of it available, the same preview material as the other three. Why isn't it on here, again?

(Why yes, I did just start a Seeker in the RL game I'm in today, and yes, I do find him quite enjoyable. Swordmage has competition finally!)

As with the class polls that came out a while back, public voting is preferable, as it is too easy to skew the results on anonymous voting.

+1

That said, good to see the Fighter getting some love.

Going forward, as less popular classes are eliminated, you my want to further refine the final polls to focus on specific types of classes (great-weapon fighters, brutal scoundrel rogues, etc.). I'd be interested in the result.

El Mahdi: There are plenty of edition specific threads here. New ones are made every day. And there is certainly no requirement to be "newsworthy" or "interesting", this is the internet afterall.

More importantly, they have tags, its not hard to ignore them.

Dice and Wormwood: I can use public voting, though I guess I didn't expect it to get so heated.

As for builds, hmmm, THAT is prety specific and could go over to the rules thread...

No, I didn't forget about this.

Final rankings for this round below. The fighter love remains, but otherwise I think we have a few surprises. Next round on its way. Note that we actually have a tie, so the bottom 5 will go this time, the bottom 7 on the next round.

You can get to the next round through my sig!
