Ok just reading through a post for Arabian adventures and followed a link to a conversion of the older 2.0 material and ran across "Class Templates".
I thought this was a cool idea. Everyone is so focused on Prestige Classes and the balancing of them, where as Class Templates don't change the core class, but rather give it a bit of flavor.
How much has anyone used these or what do others think of the idea.
