Hey guys, just had a quick question. I went with the typical cleric for the game I play in, focusing mainly on my channel energy. Its kinda boring over all, but almost feels nessecary. With the amount of damage coming in, the extra healing to the group is great. I love channel energy as an idea, my only problem is that it takes up my action for the round that could potentially be used for something else.
Im looking for suggestions to either spice up my cleric, or maybe another class that can fill in for a cleric during combat. I know just about anybody can patch up after combat, but not so much during. I was thinking maybe druid, but even their healing falls behind a clerics in Pathfinder.
I appreciate any and all advice. Im an experienced player (3.5 mainly) but im still relatively new to pathfinder. Maybe there is something out there that I missed.
Thanks.
