Cleric Spell Planning sheet?

I'm looking for a good, 3.5 Cleric spell planning sheet. If it includes Complete Divine and Book of Exalted Deeds - all the better. Anyone?

If you have MS Excel 97 or greater you can use Shannon Greene's Heroforge http://home.san.rr.com/blackbart/ . All you have to do for just the spell planning sheets is set the Wisdom attribute, input the Cleric class levels and domains, and update the spell planning sheet. The worksheet includes both BoED and Complete Divine like you need. It also lets you select which supplimental books to pull data from in the case that you do not have some that are included.
