Cleric Spell Question

Can some one tell me why Cat's Grace and Fox's Cunning are not 2nd level Cleric spells, and Bull's Strength, Eagles' Spendor, Owl's Wisdom and Bears Endurance are.

Druids get them all except for Fox's Cunning adn Eagle's Splendor.

I would just like to know what the reasoning behind this decision might be. Thanks for the input.

My best guess? Dexterity and Intelligence are the two attributes clerics are not known for, stereotypically. Your stereotypical cleric would have high Wisdom (for spellcasting), high Charisma (for turning undead), and high Strength and Constitution (for melee combat).

Then again....
- Wizards and sorcerers get all six of these buff spells, and they certainly aren't stereotypically known for high Strength or Constitution.
- These buff spells may well be going onto fellow party members as often (if not more often) than onto the cleric himself.

I see no good reason for not giving clerics those two spells; but then, I may be missing something.
