So, you have the capacity to max out three skills. I agree that Concentration must be maxed-out, as must Spellcraft. Given that you need Diplomacy and Knowledge (Religion) for your prestige class, looks to me like that's it.
I really disagree that a primarily missile-based fighter doesn't need concentration. There are all kinds of things that could happen to you if your enemies are clever to screw up your concentration. Every spellcaster needs every point of concentration she can muster.
