That is what I meant when I said Harm is not evil.

It doesn't have the [Evil] descriptor on the spell. Therefore, the spell is not evil.

There is no question it can be used for evil. So can a sword. The difference is the magic it uses is not inherently evil.

I think by evil they weren't saying it is an EVIL spell. But that it is sick, nasty, powerful, IOW a slang version of evil.
