Nine Hands Explorer Jun 29, 2013 #12 I designed a game system that whenever you rolled doubles on the dice (2d6), you got a point of XP in the skill you rolled. Those free XP counted for the purposes of leveling up the skill. It was a nice organic system for character growth.
