Is this avialable for download anywhere? I thought it was a free download a while back, but it appears to be not the case any longer or I was confused. I've looked for it in ESDs and cant seem to find it. Any suggestions?

Cloak and Dagger was never a free download, but there is a Web Enchancement for it on the Wizards website.

Like you I searched for it for a long time, finally I found the best source to be Amazon.ca (as I'm Canadian) $28 Cdn. At the Amazon.com site it is $19 USD.

It is an excellent resource, especially if you are looking for information on the Moonstars. It also has some other groups not covered in Lords of Darkness.

Is it useful for info on the secret organizations of the Realms? I'm running a Harpers-based campaign and was wondering if it was worth the cash. I guess Lords of Darkness would be useful for the evil orgs.

That's what Cloak & Dagger is filled with - details of secret organizations of the Realms. It includes evil, good, and neutral power groups.

Like Ratenef said, it has a bunch of groups that Lords of Darkness does not. I have both and think that they compliment each other fairly well.

Also, because this book came out very close to the release of 3E, there are very few game stats in it (other than how many levels in what classes characters have) since we didn't want to have compatibility problems between the two editions of the game.
