Never got into the whole MMORPG thing. Trued Dark age of camelot, but ended up hating it. I however still got talked into Final Fantasy 11, and i'm glad i did. Aside from it being tough to get on the same surver as anyone i know*they get picked randomly) it seems to be much easier to play and a hella lot more fun. Anyway, i'll pass along my opinions more as i get some time in.

I've been finding myself playing more first person shooters lately. Just beat Jedi Academy for the 3rd or 4th time (both light & dark). Last RPG game i played was Chrono Cross.

Do still enjoy the tactics type games. In fact, there is a great one I found off of addicting games called
Tactics Core. Beat it a couple of times. Just takes a good strategy.

Just got a PS2 game called Chaos Legion for the Birthday. Pretty good game. Kinda like Devil May Cry but with summons and tactics. Multiple characters, too.

Other gifts recieved :
Some candy from my stingy sister.
A sweatshirt and electric razor from the maternal unit.
Top-of-the-line cast-iron Wok from my dad.
(game was from brother)

Also went and bought myself some Andres Segovia CDs with money from relatives.

All in all a fairly typical birthday.

Birthdays are good, but its scary how quickly they fly by the older you get.

Can't believe it'll be November tomorrow already.
