If you like fantasy, metal, and a little bit of classical mixed up with incredible songwriting, you must check [Rhapsody and Freedom Call] out. DO IT! NOW! or at least sometime soon. :D They are definitely bands that most gamers should like.

They basically create a detailed fantasy setting with involved events, characters, and history, and then write REALLY good music about it.

I don't know about Freedom Call, but I have a couple of Rhapsody products. The music is great, wonderful, lovely. The story writing and the voice acting need some work, frankly. They're like an early R. A. Salvatore novel, light on the heavy thinking.

On the other hand, my gaming buddies whom I left behind in Kentucky would describe their work as "New Age" with a scorn which I think is a perfect recommendation of said work.

In short, listen to their music, you won't regret it, but you won't miss much if you can't hear the plot.

As an interesting side note, the members of Rhapsody are Italian.

Huh.

TWK
*already knew that*
However, it was some of their music that actually got me interested in studying the Italian language. Which is a lot easier to learn than most people would think.

Evening hive.

Time to start making my seasonal annoucement. I hate winter!

Too cold out here today and spent most of it outside.

Inside good. time to jack up the thermostat.
