Anyone heard of Sedona AZ?

Supposedly they have got some freaky mo-jo going on there with mystical energy all loose and fancy free. I think mostly it just makes people spend too much money on jewelry and other doo-dads. The church on the rocks is marvy though.

Therefore, today's question is: "What are some places of power from myth, film, or literature that might be fun to include in a game?"

The spot where two ill-fated lovers met an untimely end.

Sedona would be good for some kind of "introspection" or "self-discovery" or "growth" signature... something where people go to seek inspiration or insight into themselves. Might be a good place for training, or for monks.

Awesome; Depending on the circumstances of their demise, that would be variable as well.

...and there could be some special source of power there that could only be tapped by lovers in need.
