Clubhouse: The Shearing Pen

OOC: Hello everybody. I am sorry that I did not get to posting today until this evening. The children had their first day of the new school year today (year-round school) and my wife is home from teaching this month. It was a hectic morning, and I spent time with my wife today. She will go to work every Wednesday this month, so I should be able to post on those days, and I should be able to post at least once in the morning and once in the evening on other days, because our morning routine with the children should be settled by this Thursday. Thank you for keeping up.

PJS: don't sweat it - post when you can and don't let it stress you out. I don't think you have to worry about us coming back if you miss a day or two.

Komodo, EvilHalfling, and Greybar, can you guess help out in the Mechanus Arena? Only PJSlavner has the MMIII. If you guys want to step in and interject some moves in the Celestia, Abyssal, or Mechanus arenas, please do. No need to limit yourself to one area.

Oh yeah, if there are any lurkers reading this, c'mon and help out!

Bueller?

Poccri, a very young brass dragon pipes in -
"any one not involved want to take bets on which arena makes it to 100 fights?
I have a moss agate on Mechanus. "

Pip, the chaotic neutral satyr responds, "If you mean, who will make it to 100 first, I'll take that bet. I have a pink quartz worth about the same as your moss agate on Hell. That cowardly dragon in Mechanus is gonna drag that fight out with the obviously more powerful storm elemental."

The bookies record a wave of heavy betting from the Hellish Gallery. Apparently the dragon escaping the mechanized scorpion is not seen as very likely.

I'm back from vacation and want to thank PJS for a job well done.

While away my brain was subjected to a lot of foreign stimuli and I have forgotten how to play D&D as a result. So please be patient with me as I try to remember how a fire shield can enter the Hall of Fame by causing 85 points of damage.

Let me be the first to welcome you back, Gansk. I am happy to relinquish control to you. :D :D

Maybe you saw some new runes or glyphs on your foreign excursion that you can use in D&D.
