It's good to find a reviewer who isn't stuck in an outdated perception of what a d20 product can be. PDFs are getting stronger and stronger, both in content and flexibility. I'm sure that as time goes by more reviewers will take the time to look more closely at PDFs and examine the material they contain without automatically discounting them for not being print products.
