Thanks! Drop me an email with the subject line "Truth Seeker" (to get passed the spam filters) if you would, please. I am working on something that could use your input.

Meanwhile, in the old not-so-abandoned convention district...

The signage out of doors are incredibly helpful, easy to follow, and the walk/don't walk signs even have a countdown (something I hadn't seen before).

The Capitol Plaza has some very cool fountains and walkways. (Many steps, very tranquil... ;) )
Okay, send me a buzz to cas06june_11434@yahoo.com, and we will go from there...and blast it, I didn't get a pic of you, and Mark came down as a last minute surprise.

That is true effort.:D

Here's the next one (30v_ennies_tables.jpg). I'll keep adding them individually so that they will be easy to reference...

Going around the table, starting at the left:

Me: Hey, it's me.
Patrick Sweeney: Co-author of Corwyl: Village of the Wood Elves and head honcho of Firefly Games (whose Monster Island game is kickin').
Spike Y. Jones: Editor of both Testament and Corwyl and a man who simply refuses to give up on tie-dye.
Nicole Lindroos: The one, the only Nikchick, in her "wicked kitty" t-shirt. She is GR's General Manager.
Kate Frein: This is Nikchick's daughter, who is cute as a button and smart as a whip.
Bill Simoni: Author of Madness in Freeport and co-author of Black Sails Over Freeport.
Rob Lawson: Co-author of Black Sails Over Freeport.
Hal Mangold: Green Ronin's art director and graphic designer AKA the guy who made the Red Star book (and so many others) so damn pretty.

Shoot me a copy. I might be able to upgrade the quality with a couple of programs I have. You should see some of mine straight out of the camera... :)

That was our table, so from left to right these folks are:

  • Brian Mosely, of Dark Furies Publishing
  • Tadashi Ehara, of Different Worlds Publishing (and formerly of Chaosium)
  • Ryan "Destan" Smalley, writer of the Valus sourcebook for DWP and the "Sins of Our Fathers" SH
  • Rob Kuntz, writer of The Eight Kings module for DWP, and famous as Gary Gygax's co-DM for Greyhawk, for the recent Maure Castle adventure in Dungeon, etc., etc.
  • me
  • Jonathan, known here on ENWorld as Justinian, who is perhaps the most well-read SF/Fantasy person I've ever met (and that's saying something, trust me)

Talinthas got most of these, but here's the full list, in order from left to right:

Jessica Banks (with son Connor); Cam Banks (me!); Tracy Everette; Andre' La Roche; Sean Macdonald.

Sean Everette was MIA at the time, probably trying to get Connor some milk, which was apparently impossible until the bar staff called catering. No milk at the bar. What's up with that?

Cheers,
Cam
