OOC: Jan is behind a fog cloud that extends down to 40N, so the tyrg doesn't have line of sight to her. Thus it can't charge. Likewise Jan can't fire at the tyrg once it enters the arena.
I'm not sure what the tyrg's ending position is supposed to be.
OOC: I didn't have my Excel grid with me at the time, so I couldn't tell the location of the clouds with respect to the janni's position. Damn, that clever genie. However, the combatants can enter at any point, so the tyrg enters further to the south where line of sight is available.
Tyrd the tyrg will move into the arena starting at 20N and will move 100ft to 35N90E, howling. I presume Jan still takes her readied action and then acts again once Tyrd moves into position.
Tyrd continues howling and charges the flying genie, jumping up to pounce.
OOC: The jump check is +11 (+3 Str, +8 for speed). He only needs to get +2ft high, right (vertical reach 8ft, genie is 10ft high)? So DC 8? Thanks to the genie's 5ft-step, she's exactly 20ft away laterally, so the DC is not doubled. Anyway, just some pre-arguing to help you out. Whatever you decide is cool, however, as long as the bite+improved grab works.
