CN vs. N: Chaotic Neutral Victorious!

Kaos IV moves to 105N5E and readies to bite anyone who moves up to attack her. She's putting enough distance between her and them that they will fight each other, if possible.

Round 636: IMCenter drops an ice storm on IMNorth, who ignores it (rolled CL check 11). IMNorth runs at IMCenter, moving to 25N20E.

Now, this is gonna be fun. Kaos IV waits out the fight between the rilmani's. Does IMNorth injuring IMCenter forestall a draw (if not, Kaos might get involved)? I'm curious, can IMCenter dismiss the summons on IMNorth? Inquiring minds want to know.

PS. Having the two attack each other almost makes up for the @*!# eighty high CR CN monsters fleeing. Almost.

Edit: Where's IMCenter? I had him at 15N20E. If IMNorth ran at him, though . . .

If IMNorth injures IMCenter, that forestalls a draw.

I think IMCenter can dismiss the summons, as the ability is like a summon monster spell. I will have to consider that next time IMCenter wants to attack IMNorth.

IMCenter is at 15N20E. IMNorth ran as fast as it could at IMCenter, but could not make it there. IMNorth does not have any ranged offensive attacks available anymore, or else it would have been compelled to use one.

Round 637: IMNorth steps to 20N20E and tries to get back at IMCenter for the ice storm. IMNorth's battle ax glances off IMCenter's armor (rolled 21). IMCenter, wanting to get back at IMNorth, steps back to 10N15E, concentrates, and IMNorth disappears.

Round 638: An ice storm hits Kaos IV, centered at 100N25E (thus forestalling the draw), inflicting 15 bludgeoning and 8 cold damage. Kaos IV has 135 HP remaining. IMCenter moves to 30N15E.
What does Kaos IV do? Remember the half movement through the ice storm in case you want to move.

Not having the Draconomicon at work, I can't recall if she has any more defensive spell-like abilities. If she has it, she'll use it, but otherwise she won't attack IMCenter yet. She'll delay, hoping IMCenter runs. Please go round by round, no time compression.

I thought round-by-round was the way to go. Kaos IV has chaos hammer and entropic shield, so I suppose he casts the latter, just in case something is thrown at him.

Round 640: IMCenter moves to 50N20E, swinging its ax. Kaos IV feels a wave of fear, but ignores it (rolled 29 Will save). Kaos IV is confident that IMCenter's fear ability has no more power over him (finally, someone sticks around). IMCenter's ax bounces off Kaos's scales (rolled 20).

She tears into the rilmani viciously, avenging all of her lost comrades. The time has come to end this.
