Codenames: That wizarding school edition firestorm and resolution

Which you'd think would be all the more reason that those authentically fighting for trans rights would target the Lego product to raise awareness.
Its not like Lego is some small obscure brand - a campaign focussed there would be far more impactful than CGE making a donation
Just because you're not seeing a lot of action against Lego, doesn't mean that things aren't happening in the Lego-fan community. For example, Tips & Bricks, a prominent web-resource and reviewer of (nearly) all things Lego, pointedly refuses to review the Potterverse sets.
And I'm sure that voices against Lego may be muted a bit because of the intensity of right-wing furor AGAINST Lego for engaging in LGBTQ+ themes at all.
Fact is - Lego is a major corporation with a lot of different product lines. They're hard to really affect with a boycott or complaints compared to CGE or, one hopes, an actor up for a potential role.

So we're going to just skip being careful around this and dive head-in to arguing politics?
I thought i was being careful with it. But the point stands that Rowling is still making money off the licence even if CGE is penalized for producing their product. Targeting a small niche product does nothing to change things. I have no interest in CGE or Potter and outside this thread it wont matter.

Lego being targeted would get significant attention, highlight the issues of Rowlings transphobia and might just educate those purchasing Harry Potter related merchandise
