Cohort

I will be honest I do have many sheets for the cohort but I dont have anything to base it on. I've already used up all my ideas and I want something different. Like growing up with both demon and celestial blood but I dont have any idea how to plan that out:(, such as if the person's great-great-great-great-grandmother was a demon from one side and the other was a solar two generations ago. I was also thinking it being quarter slaad and the rest drow but I cant think of anyway that would work with a NG or CG alignment.

...

A celestial-fiendish-drow-slaad ???

I'm sorry, I can't help you. I don't know if anyone can actually.

Anyone ?

Man. That cohort's gonna have issues. Like whole volumes, even.

Well, just to get the show on the road, does anyone know if there's a template for "anarchic planetouched" or half-slaad out there anywhere?

What I would do if a player came to me and bribed me to let him be a fiendish celestial drow-slaad, would be to let them apply both the celestial and fiendish templates to a drow, toss on a 3-level "half-slaad" based on the half-fiend and half-celestial templates, let them take racial paragon levels in aasimar and tiefling, and then collect my money.

I was thinking it would be 30% drow, 21% slaad, 2% demon, 13% celestial and 34% human:p. Hopefully it'll work with level 5 wizard, 6 druid, 2 rogue, and 3 mystic surge (kinky huh) while advancing in a few barbarian levels later on.

I want to see your socks drawer. It must look like a friggin' rainbow.

My classes are wizard30/sorcerer14/rogue13 and I need him/her for casting, fighting and im thinking about making him/her a avatar in the future when s/he is stronger

Edit: Forgot to mention im a deity of rank 3
I want to hear how your DM does it.

I mean, I've played in a game that went from level 1 to Divine Rank 2 (with a bunch of epic stuff on the way), and it turned out pretty broken. The DM basically gave up because he couldn't find a way to balance the amazing amounts of damage while not killing everyone. Did you ever notice that deities, once they get above rank 0, lose a Challenge Rating (The book lists some Divine Rank 0 dudes as CR = class level, which was 20)? Some of those Salient Divine Abilities just get wacky (I can mimic Wish at will?).

Anyway, if you want a powerful cohort, don't multiclass too much. Someone who concentrates on fighting or on casting will come in more handy than a caster/fighter. By your classes, you might want someone to absorb hp, so maybe go for a Barbarian or a Fighter or something.

And, yeah, go for Epic Leadership. That level 16 dude is going to die. Fast.

My DM has seven books each 500-850 pages; one with monsters with ECL or CR of 1-86; one with 86 custome classes and 486 prestige classes; one full of spells for whatever reason; and one for notes, next ideas, new gods and characters for us to run into; the others I have no idea whats in them. We are traveling the planes, I didnt know the one I'm in had over 4000 planes and I've only gone to 76. Different planes, so many different types of creatures and powers. We are now trying to escape a deity of rank 17 with a level around 65 and his little brother with a rank of 9 and level of, maybe 35 or 40. I know the ranks I just dont know the levels, had a few encounters.

Man, my FR 3rd level wizard's pie-in-the-sky plan to become the most powerful spellcaster in the world, kill Shar, and take over the shadow weave seems so...inadequate, now. I guess he'll just have to destroy the entire universe to keep up with the Joneses.

diety rank 3? ... okie dokie I'm guessing you're looking for some sort of champion? ...

you're a couple of factors of magnitude above my playing level, so what kind of adventuring do you do ... I'd assume you'd (err your PC) would be doing a lot more epic (ooops pun) adventures and world changing events.

your cohort is gonna have to be pretty darn good if you want him/her to adventure with you ... or will you be sending him on quests? (seems like you should be hitting semi-NPC status)

Oh, it's not actually D&D. He has seven books of his own system.

Gotcha.
