LOL! That still qualifies! It's a dragon, and it was an elite. So when a group finally tackles another dragon and it's either a higher level elite or it's a solo of equal level, they'll get the record. Give the group their due now, lol.
 

Wyrmling or not, it was a dragon. We've got a (small) dragon's head, and we can hang it on a wall in the tavern. More than anyone else can say (yet). ;)

... I'm totally un-biased here, of course. Y'know, seeing as my unoptimal paladin got the killing blow and all. Totally, completely objective. No ulterior motive. At all. None.

It is a Medium Dragon head. Be proud of that. It's slightly bigger that your own:

A black wyrmling’s bony horns are mere nubs compared to those of older black dragons, but already the characteristic crescent shape that frames the snout is recognizable. On the other hand, its eyes and nostrils are not so sunken and skull-like as an adult’s. Its black scales are smeared with gray, dark green, and deep blue.
