As we are all aware, int tends to be a big big dump stat for classes that don't use it for their abilities (rogues, fighters, clerics, rangers). I miss the old combat expertise type feat, that at least gave me some incentive to have int. So with that in mind:
Combat Tactician (Heroic)
You survey the field, and at the right moment, you strike with a devastating assault.
Prereq: Int 13+
Benefit: Spend a standard action in which you do nothing. You gain a +1 to your next attack roll.
Combat Expertise (Paragon)
Your adept at creating a indomitable defense at the very moment its most important.
Prereq: Int 13+
Benefit: Once per encounter you can take the total defense action as a move action instead of a standard action.
Insightful Defense (Heroic)
Prereq: Int 13+
Benefit: When taking the total defense or second wind action, you gain +3 to all defenses (instead of +2).
Opportunist (Heroic)
You know how to hit a guy when he's down.
Prereq: Int 13+
Benefit: When you attack someone who you have combat advantage against, you gain a +1 to damage.
