What don't you like about them or what do you want that they don't offer?

tbh, I don't know, I don't like the Cleric part of the Shadowbanes and the "Teamwork" benefits of the Nightsong aren't worth the loss of whatever class the characters are in

What about Dread Commando from Heroes of Battle? It's only 5 levels long, but its full BAB, grants Sudden Strike, gives your team a passive initiative bonus, and allows you to charge while hiding. Honestly, it wouldn't really change the balance of the class to change the Sudden Strike to Sneak Attack.

I will look into it, is there another similar class for the other character?

EDIT: I have looked it over and it has some nice abilities, it's requirements are tough though Dodge and Mobility are pointless (which is probably why they are prerequisites for so much because otherwise no-one would take them)

So, you want a sneaky Fighter.
Does this mean Hide/Move Silently etc skills, or Rogue class abilities, or what?

If you want stealth skills with the Fighter's combat ability, I'd suggest Ranger.

If you want full BAB & sneaky flavor, consider Justicar (C. War p.74), Consecrated Harrier (C. Div p.28)

If you want a lot of the Fighter's Feats but also want some versatility in abilities, consider Psychic Warrior with a very intentional selection of powers.

...Could you be more specific about what you want each of these 2 characters to do?

Thanks to RUMBLETIGER's post I understand the problem.

I don't need a build for the characters I just wanted to know if there was any prestige classes that are..."based on the same organisation" (they don't need an organisation) like the Shadowbane or the Nightsong Classes.

but overall what I want is to related characters who were both soldiers, after their unit was decimated they became adventurers. During their quests they begin as Level 1 Fighters but by Level 5 they have diverged to be Shadowbane classes one an Inquisitor and the other a Stalker. However, I don't like some of the features so I just want something similar.

Clearer?
