Combining d20 Material to form Voltron?

I'll use bits 'n pieces from anywhere I can get them. Primarily:

1) My Dragonstar campaign will use D&D, d20 Modern & Urban Arcana and Dragonstar material; plus weapons & feats from Ultramodern Firearms, and weapons & ships from Star Wars d20. Oh, and ship designs/feats from "Shadow of the Spider Moon".

2) A homebrew campaign I've been working on will probably switch to an Arcana Unearthed magic system + classes, with D&D 3.5 rules taking over the combat and such. Plus, I'll throw in some neat stuff from d20 Modern and Urban Arcana, like the ritual magic; also spells and books from Call of Cthulu d20 and Book of Vile Darkness. And since this fantasy world is going into an ice age, there's a book on arctic adventures I want to get.

3) I want to run a Red Steel campaign. I'll borrow some firearms feats from d20 Modern and Ultramodern Firearms, plus the Unfettered class from Arcana Unearthed for swashbuckling.

In our group we generally allow stuff from anywhere subject to DM approval and tweaking, so my lore master has a couple of levels of a modified harper mage from MaoF, feats of my creation, feats from the FRCS, spells from PH, OA, T&B, Quint Wiz, BoEM I & II, d20 modern, and Relics and Rituals. He plays in a Ptolus of the Postapocalyptic Greyhawk world. Another PC has the military archer class from Librum Equitis Compiled as well as Deepwoods sniper from MotW, and our arcane trickster has feats from Traps and Treachery. The Dwarven cleric/fighter has a weapon with properties from Bastion's Arms and Armor and used the class flavor material if not the actual class from one of the ones in LE. The paladin homebrew templar has feats from Forgotten Hero Paladin, Call of Duty and DotF.

When making characters the casual players get lots of suggestions from the d20 junkies of the group on what mechanically can fit their concept and what some of their options are.

We have faced monsters from Bastion's Minions Rebirth, and my brother turned our allies into enemies using the barrow wight template I wrote for the Penumbra Bestiary.

Dammit, now I want d20 Voltron!

Check out D20 Mecha Compendium from DP9. It is an awesome sourcebook for all kinds of Mecha and includes a Voltron-like setting!

As for mixing sourcebooks, I do it all the time. My big project is coming up, when I mix several of the Polyhedron mini-games into my Shadow Chasers campaign!
