While at it, can we make it so the wizard can only dissect/vivisect magical creatures(ans sorcerers) for spells, because they canonly steal magic, at some point starts rotting, and eventually turn into a lich?

Yes, and the basic rules, as well. So assuming the release of those to CC, there'd be no risk in retaining names (& descriptive text) for abilities, saves, conditions, etc, in a 5e clone.

Nope. Anything of people’s ire makes it into the actual game, like that, and I at least am right out.

That idea came because I hate wizards (the class) and thought it would be more interesting as an evil class. It predates WotC behaving bad.

Most of the D&D races are from folklore long predating D&D, or are genericized versions of literary characters that also predate D&D.
