Community Supporter Account: Inactive

Um, I'll be honest I really don't know when my year was supposed to go out,

And now I've dug around in My Account and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

But all of a sudden this morning, I'm not a community Supporter.

Don't get me wrong, I'm more than happy to pay, I'm just confused, shouldn't my account have transfered over, or I get some notice?

Is this a bug?

You should have got an email notice in advance, but for some reason we can't figure out, some people don't receive them.

Basically, once an old-style yearly account expires, you're then able to sign up for the new monthly subscriptions. It actually works out $3 cheaper for the year!

The new monthly subscriptions will auto-renew each month until you choose to cancel it. So once you've subscribed, you're set for as long as you like.
