Just kidding about the goblin, I think 'monster races' are really annoying in most D&D campaigns. This whole post was just an excuse to taunt the gnome.

Goblin PCs are a great concept. The goblin PC rules are a garbage fire in a radioactive septic tank.

Play with your Satyrs, Lizardfolk and Minotaurs all you like - in the end to Mount Doom with the lot of you.

Again: you ignore the slow march of anti-Tolkien interest. The halfling is almost gone. The elves and dwarves are next.

Plus? Count up all the things you separated. Satyr + Minotaur + Lizardfolk + Kobold = 44. Half-orc (the current individual front runner!) and hobgoblin = 29. Why do those numbers not matter but the accumulated numbers of other things do?

Don't count your dragons before they've hatched.
