They definitely need a print friendly format as an option. No left side border, make page numbering on alternating sides of the page for two sided printing etc.

I assume it is because I have an older computer, but I can see no significant difference between the hi-res and lo-res versions until I zoom in to about 150%

I just noticed something else. Forget bookmarks. It would have been nice if they could have at least put in a basic non-bookmarked Table of Contents so we could know what page to flip to for a specific article.

Odd. The table of contents appears on the second page of my copy, the high-resolution version.
