Complete Adventurer vs. Complete Divine

Dark Dragon

Explorer
Yesterday, I "found" the Complete Adventurer in my mail. After a while, I noticed some strange things regarding two spells: Forestfold and Nature's Favor.

Both spells appear in CAd and CD. But there are some differences.

Nature's Favor: It was moved to level 2 and capped in CAd, in CD it is in level 3 for druids.

Forestfold: The restrictions of the version in CD were removed in CAd.

I appreciate changes to the rules which make some sense (IMHO, of course), but in this case, I own both books with two different spell versions

There is no word that the spell versions in CAd supersede those in CD, soooo....hm, I'll use the CAd versions, because it is the newest release (but still, it is kinda weird).

Have you encountered similar things with the 3.5 splat books?

Saying it that way sounds like shoplifting. You are being a good little Citizen, aren't you?

:D Of course I am, the last alignment and race tester said that I'm a neutral good dragon, LOL.... Actually, I was quite happy to get the book, because, speaking of shoplifting, the delivery service has left the book half outside my post box, visible for everybody else living in the block ("Nice, another delivery from amazon...wonder what's inside this time, perhaps another dvd? Oh no, what's that, a book? Complete Adventurer?! Huh??").

of course I am. what do you think I'm sort of Commie, Mutant Traitor? Only a commie would dare accuse a loyal Citizen of not being a good Citizen. And why aren't you smiling? :D :D :D :D :D

CN (NG) elf bard (sorceror) here. (I was within a point on each CN & bard won out by less than half a point. funny huh?

All hale the computer. the computer is our friend :D
