Complete bastard of a character? help

Not to mention the Rogue is probably relying on the Fighter for a flank so he CAN sneak attack in the first place...

We really don't need another caster vs. noncaster argument. The OP's just really unsure of what to play, and casters happen to be much much much more malleable post-creation than noncasters are, and thus useful for someone indecisive on what to play.

Well, not that i want you to lose caster levels, but if you're not going to 20th level, and you wanted to stay srd, then you could try . .

Human
1 Martial Rogue (trade sneak attack for fighter feat progression)
2 Fighter (for hp and bab)
3 M Rogue
4 Fighter
5 Monk (for saves and extra feat)
6 Monk

BAB 5, saves 6-6-3, and 10 feats at 6th lvl.

I know this is lame in some ways, such as being MAD, but it's kinda cool to pick a new feat or two every level, and would give you the chance to be a real bastard at mid levels. But with no casting.
With Combat Expertise and Improved Trip and Improved Disarm you could be AO many times in an encounter (unless the dm only sends four legged monsters/etc at you).

Yeah, i know, i said it was lame.

Looks nice as a chassis to build on. Your BAB would only be 4, by the way. But you'd get a lot of options. I also don't think you'd have to suffer MAD. This looks like a melee specialist, so you'd simply go either Str-focused or Dex-focused (if you're aiming at an AoO build).
Come to think of it, an AoO build can be very obnoxious indeed. Use tripping and/or Stand Still to control the battlefield, and make sure Dex is very high so Combat Reflexes allows you lots of AoOs. Later, Karmic Strike or Robilar's Gambit will become very good and generate lots of extra attacks. You need a reach weapon and some way to get to large size (like a Wand of Enlarge you UMD, or the party Wizard casting the spell on you). Martial Study (something), followed by Martial Stance (Thicket of Blades) is highly recommmended.

Streamofthesky, thanks for pointing out my lack of clarity. I think you assumed a 20 lvl build? It took me a while to see what your post meant.

My post only referred to a 6 lvl build. If you get back to reading this i wonder what you think about it as a 6 lvl build and what you might consider after? I think the OP talked about a 9th level build.

Oh, that's what you meant. I thought 5 Monk meant 5 levels in monk, sorry.

There's lots of builds that could be done, a big consideration is if it's core only or not (and then, what books allowed). Dandu's first suggestion of Factotum/Chameleon is definitely one of the best routes if any book is open.

play a Jester style Bard, a jokster, the gremlin in the works, he doesnt sing hes a story teller a comedian. His job is to humiliate and piss off the enemy so bad they forget about all else to kill him. He may not even need spk just a physical goof that distracts annoys and pisses off all the while bolstering the spirits of your friends

Make him chaotic neutral a no holds bard none above his taunt kinda bastard...ventriliquist w/abnoxious puppets, a jackass for a familiar and your set! maybe a warlock level just to get some beguiling influence and spider climb at will?
