Complete Book of Humanoids

There is a wonderful table in the back of the old 2E Complete Book of Humanoids that has base age, height, and weight values for monster races. I was wondering if there is a good data source for this same information for races in the PHB available as player characters? Anyone know where I might find that same information for 3E monster races avaialble as characters?

The Races of Destiny book has such a table for the following races:

Aasimar, Doppelganger, Half-oger, Mongrelfolk, Sea Kin, Sharakim, Skulk, Tiefling, and Underfolk.

I'm assuming each of the 'races' books has a similar table for various races printed within them.

I just need the base age, height base for males/females, height dice range, weight base male/female and weight dice range for mongrelfolk and dopplegangers. If there are also starting age values for the table in the PHB 109 it would also be much appareciated.

Of all the changes great and small 3e has wrought, I'm guessing height/weight and base age have stayed pretty much the same. You could probably get away with using the 2e tables if they haven't been updated.

These particular beasties aren't found in the Complete Book of Humanoids. Sounds like I'll just have to look in the 2E MMs or just guess. Thanks anyway.
