In addition to the TSR Library and the Acaeum, I recommend the Judges Guild Codex for those 3rd party D&D products.

Acaeum is an excellent site/resource, with a ton of information. They also cover D&D (Basic). Really a site worth bookmarking if you have any interest in it.

I'm sure they used to have a lot of 2nd edition stuff, but that seems to have gone. Or did I just imagine that?

It's always been up-through-1E-only.
