I've yet to be in a game with one, so I don't know for certain, but the Bear Warrior from CW has always made me feel uneasy.

It seems OK to me. Bear Warrior can turn into bear form only limited number/day. And can't use weapons in bear form (it is not a hybrid form, true animal form). Grappling dire bear warrior could be nasty. But everything can be nasty at that level.

Oh and many DMs have problems on Wraithstrike spell in Complete Adventurer. With some build, it will certainly be too much (say, combined with Arcane Strike and Power Attack).

Permanent enlarge person is core.

Doesn't even need to be permanent, as long as you are enlarged at level up and any time you want to chuck stuff!
