`concealing amorpha' and movement

G'Day All,

Once you have used the `concealing amorpha' power (EPH pg 85) can you then move and the protection move with you.
In the power's description it says "range 0 ft" and "centered on you"

Everyone I've asked seems to have a different take on this power.

Some feel movement is possible, some don't

I've asked `sage advice' on the wizards.com homepage.

They have answered my query but I can't figure out how to access the answer.

This is how an immobile effect is described. Concealing amorpha is mobile, since it isn't specially described as immobile.

Yeah, it's basically a psionic version of displacement. It moves with the manifester.
