Confirm CR for half-fiend Hobgoblin.

Note to my player(s) that are covertly watching my messages, in the hopes of uncovering DM secrets: There is a measurable and significant difference between a fiendish goblin and a half-fiend goblin. Part of that difference is a set of appendages that bats normally have.

And yes, the goblin BBEG had better than average stats, and no, I did not increase his CR because of that.

I give my PCs 32 points, so my average bad guys get 25 points. Big bads get 32 points.

The power level is higher, but the CRs work out well.
