Confirm or Debunk - Peter Adkinson Attending DunDraCon?

Ok, I was just looking thru the list of Seminars going on at DunDraCon, a con going on over President's Weekend in Febuary in the Bay Area, CA.

2 seminars on Monday have Peter Adkison listed as one of the speakers. Does anyone know if this is Peter Adkison of GenCon LLC or someone else with the same name?
