Confused about incantations

One of my players wants to play a Warlock, so I read up on the class. However, I'm confused about incantations (such as hideous blow). Is there a limit per day that these incantations can be applied to a blast, or are all incantations simply usuable at will...any number of times per day?

All incantations are usable at will, as many times as the Warlock wishes.

It might seem overpowered at a glance, but the party will only have so many rounds of combat in a day, and for most of them, the wizard and sorcerer will be doing more than the warlock. They're closer to an archery-based fighter than a spellcaster in some ways.

It's worth noting that only one Blast Shape invocation and only one Eldritch Essence invocation can be applied to the same blast. So you could use Brimstone Blast and Eldritch Spear on one attack, but you couldn't have a Frightful Brimstone blast.
