While I don't know anyone that's focused on Use Rope, I don't support it being folded into Survival or Sleight of Hand. Bounty Hunters are one of the few archetypes that might specialize in it and they wouldn't necessarily have either Survival or Sleight of Hand. I'd much rather just see it eliminated and other non-skill oriented mechanics take its place.


However, on balance, I think I wouldn't favour any of these, except perhaps the Open Locks re-assignment.

I agree. I think the Open Locks being a separate skill is a legacy of older editions. The other skills I wouldn't really prefer being folded together.

Not really. Generally, arcane caster might have both, but divine casters seem to rarely have knowledge arcana.
