Then what would be the best way to make good Warforged fighter type? I am going to take Adamantine Body at first level.

Correct - what is your vision for your character?

Do you want to specialize in slam attacks?

Warforged components? (These are pretty good if planned correctly).

Check out Races of Eberron - there are some more feats and racial substitution levels for warforged which are pretty decent, depending on the character concept.

First off where are the Construct grafts. I am think I might go with PA feat and 2-handed weapon. I do not ever want to go S&B route. I really do like the maneuvers. I want to have options with the fighter type I choose. Would it help out if I have the ability to attack with needing a weapons? What is two-headed axe replacement for its hand I have seen a warforged have in a picture I have see

Elemental Axe but it is really bad. 20,310 gp for a +2 flaming frost battle axe that actually can't have both on simultaneously. The only other advantage is it can't be disarmed but unless the DM personally made a build to do that you won't encounter it.

Warforged components aren't the same thing as grafts. Check the Eberron Campaign Setting books (core book pg 167) to see about the various components. There is an armblade (basically a +1 bastard sword that is part of the hand and must be removed in order to use that hand for anything else).

WF components are basically magic items that are integrated into a warforged's body.

Grafts are biological transplants (adding on a living organism to a creature). These were introduced in Magic Of Eberron (pb 126)

I am going to wield a greataxe and have PA. What do you think of Improved Fortification Feat? I like it except for the fact my character can be healed by spells of Healing Subschool. Am I right in saying that the Improved Damage Reduction feat for Warforged is not all that great? I like Jaws of Death feat but i am not sure if it would be that useful.

Adamantine Body has great fortification as it is, generally the best way to go "construct" is the Warforged Juggernaut as you pretty much get all the immunities of constructs but you keep your con. score.
