Anyway, I think that there is in DotF the Sacred Exorcist, which got cleric Bab, and can be taken by a Sorcerer.

So max Bab is +12 at level 20

Try a sorceror 8/cleric1/verdant lord10.

BAB of 14, casts as an eighteenth level sorceror.
