Contested Ground Studios (CGS) are pleased to announce the release of the first issue of our new games eZine, 'The Circular'. 'The Circular' takes up where our old in-house eZine, 'The Mire End tribune', left off. Where the 'Mire End Tribune' focused exclusively on the a|state RPG, 'The Circular' covers the full range of CGS products, and more!

Not only will the eZine cover a|state, Mob Justice and Everlasting Empire, but it also offers interesting and provocative columns by CGS staff. These columns are the heart of 'The Circular', looking at a wide range of gaming and gaming-related topics.

And now, a few words from the Editor, Gregor Hutton:

"I am very excited about 'The Circular'. I think it's a good read and certainly worth the download time. It's free, so I absolutely encourage everyone to pick it up."

"It's been a pleasure to put this magazine together. The standard of writing was very high and that made my job as Editor so much easier. So thanks to all the contributors. And Paul Bourne just did a great job with the look of the mag too. All credit to him."

"I really hope people will give it a look, to see that we're about more than just a|state. And I firmly believe people will come back for the second issue later in the year."

The first issue features previews of upcoming CGS releases 'Mob Justice' and 'Everlasting Empire', new material for the a|state RPG and a range of thought-provoking columns.

You can download the first issue of 'The Circular' for FREE from the Contested Ground Studios website or from RPGnow.com (and give ENWorld the credit for pointing you there).
