Converting Creatures from Other Campaign Settings

I'm tempted to boost Dex to 13 so we can follow this progression...

Large = Flyby Attack
Huge = Dodge, Flyby Attack, Mobility
Gargantuan = Dodge, Flyby Attack, Improved Flyby Attack, Lightning Reflexes, Mobility
Colossal = Blind-Fight, Combat Reflexes, Dodge, Epic Reflexes, Epic Will, Flyby Attack, Improved Flyby Attack, Iron Will, Lightning Reflexes, Mobility

Updated.

A fly speed of 20 ft. is awfully slow for an incorporeal undead. I'd like to boost it to 30 ft., like an allip, at the very least.

We should probably change the treasure to "None", since the corporeal version's is based upon incidental treasure within its mass.

Works for me.

I'd rather keep it awfully slow, partly to keep it different and partly to match the original and the corporeal version.

Maybe having so many spectral fragments wanting to go in conflicting directions slows it down?

Didn't I already suggest that, or was I just thinking about it and didn't post the proposal?

I can live with it.

Dunno, but the important thing is that we agree. ;)

Updated.

Anything left? Does the CR need any adjustment?

Yes, incredible isn't it. :p

The Colossal version has 23 feats when it should have 22. Cut out Blind-Fight?

The Immobilizing Terror still has the dreaded "DC X Will save", may I suggest "Will save (same DC as frightful terror)" instead?

I would also suggest starting the background text "An incorporeal lost soul is an amalgamation of spectral beings in a single entity" instead of "A lost soul".

We don't have any explanation for their profane bonus to AC, I would add "Incorporeal lost souls have a profane bonus to their armor class equal to their fast healing." under Combat.

As for the CR, incorporeal creatures are a bigger challenge to low-level opponents so I'd give the Medium, Large and possibly the Huge versions +1 CR:

Medium: CR 4
Large: CR 6
Huge: CR 10?

Those last suggested changes sound right to me also.

I think I prefer a fly speed of 30 ft, which is still fairly slow. Not a big deal to me either way, however.
