D&D 3.x Converting monsters from Mayfair Games Role Aids product line

31 HD works for me.

Dispater: Str 37, Dex 14, Con 35, Int 29, Wis 22, Cha 29
Mammon: Str 34, Dex 15, Con 33, Int 28, Wis 29, Cha 25

He's more of a brute and less an intellectual, so I could see shaving some off Int and Wis and maybe adding to Str and Con.

Yeah, the original abilities make him pretty dumb for a major outsider. Str 37, Dex 16, Con 35, Int 20, Wis 20, Cha 25? Could go a little higher on the physical stats, but he's also slightly lower in HD.
 

I think we should make him a little smarter and a little less wise than freyar's stats. Int 23, Wis 17? I also think we can boost his Str up to 39.
 



Although size is listed as "M", I think the description suggests Large.

Each round, Runstibble can attack with each of his huge, metallic fists for 2-20 points of damage. If both fists hit, he may then execute a crushing attack upon his victims for an additional 2-20 points of damage.
Although he preferes hand-to-hand fighting, Runstibble sometimes uses a
huge +2 club that inflicts 3-18 points of damage per hit.

2 slams plus pummel?

Magic greatclub, possibly oversized weapon like titans?

Diabolical Abilities:
Runstibble wields the lesser ability to defile consecrated ground, allowing him to eliminate protective clerical enchantments; the standard ability to resist magic which renders him completely immune to first through third level spells (those invoking Phryxis maintain this invulnerability for 1-2 turns); and the greater ability to shake the soul (forces the target to pass a Wis. Attribute Check or suffer 3-30 points of damage).

Desecrate/unhallow as an SLA?

Continuous minor globe of invulnerability, similar to an angel's protective ward?

The soulshake ability sounds kind of fun. :)

Additionally, Runstibble can create gold and precious gems at will (at a rate of approximately 75 gp per round).

Soulshake seems like it should do some ability damage/drain in addition to the hp. Wis and Cha, possibly.
 

I like soulshaking doing Wisdom damage. Unhallow and greater dispel magic seem like givens for the SLAs--unhallow should be quickened! Muahaha!
