Converting Planescape monsters

Let's switch the two save-boosters.

CR 4 seems fair.

Ready for the individual? 1/2 HD and Tiny, as proposed?

1d3 damage and Improved Initiative is good.

I'd make them CR 1/2. They do have DR, AC20, some useful immunities and fire resistance.

The individual's Fort +5, Ref +8, Will +4 saves are wonky, I make them Fort +2, Ref +3, Will +2.

What benefit should a batfly familiar give its master do you think?
 

A bat grants a +3 bonus on Listen checks, while a giant fly grants a +2 bonus on Reflex saves. Maybe a +2 bonus on Will saves (sharing its Iron Will)?
 

Sharing Iron Will makes good sense, except the individual doesn't have that feat. ;) Want to swap it in for Imp Init?

I'd rather keep the Imp Initiative. How about it gives its master a +2 bonus to Spot and Listen, half its own racial bonus to those skills?
 

The giant fly doesn't possess Lightning Reflexes, but essentially grants it to its master. Ditto the weasel. Ditto the badger with Iron Will.
