So, what about Challenge Rating? I'm thinking 7 would be enough, one higher than a regular Wyvern.

A Mercykiller wyrm's body is 20 feet long, and weighs about x pounds. A Mercykiller wyrm's scales are always green.

I'd go for 2 tons, mainly because I feel the SRD wyvern is overweight.

Distil usually only has one "l", but the two-ll version is legal. Unless that's something to do with the weird way you spell over there.

It's also either missing a comma or is proficient in the fearsome Improved Multiattack Multiattack feat. (It's twice as good as regular Imp. Multiattack, you know).
