Spelljammer Converting Spelljammer creatures

Let's see: damage to creatures on the inside goes from 55hp to 78hp. That's probably ok if we make these otherwise tough enough. ;)

Very big? It's a 200 ft cylinder, so comparing to an 80-ft-long purple worm suggests something like a semi-standard 30 ft space and 20 ft reach. Except this thing is supposed to be mostly rock-hard, so we could go for a nonstandard space. I guess I'd go for the 30 ft/20 ft option, just because we can't give it a 10 ft by 200 ft space or whatever, but I might not object to 60 ft/30 ft or something.

It's a lot fatter than a Worm, they're more like a slim whale in shape.

A typical whale is Gargantuan and 30-60 feet long, meaning its 20 ft. Space is 2/3 to 1/3 of its length.

Applying that to a Nay-Chur it ought to have a Space around 60 ft., or possible 50 ft. if it's more stretched out than a typical elongated whale.

Zaratan is 80 ft./40 ft.

A zaratan is Gargantuan (200-350 feet diameter) in AD&D, while the Nay-Churr is "Huge" (200-500 feet long).

That suggests Zaratan are bigger, since they're almost circular and Nay-Churr are cylindrical and have a lower size category.

(I'll try to ignore the fact that 3E Zaratan are 80 feet in diameter). ;)

I'm fine with 60 ft., though.

Might as well make it 60 ft. then!
