I thought we'd decided that already, though I'm still more fond of standard incorporeality. I'm not going to argue about it. I do agree we need to drop the touch attack.

But still, what about magical attacks like fireball?

I think it should affect them. I think they should simply be immune to "weapon" attacks (natural or manufactured). The spells, of course, will be prone to their warp magic ability anyway.

A fireball affects them normally, since spells work against them and they can work against spells.

To make it more explicit, how about a slight revision?

Immunity to Physical Attacks (Ex): Misi's have no physical presence on the material world, and cannot be harmed by physical weapons (natural or manufactured). Magical weapons, even weapons with the ghost touch property or another special ability against incorporeal creatures cannot harm a misi. A misi cannot physically attack other creatures, except through its ability to warp magic.

Do we need the "physically"?

Saying "A misi cannot attack other creatures except through its ability to warp magic" is similar, and we won't have to worry about wizards shapeshifting into Misi and becoming physically inviolate but still able to attack with spells.

That works for me.

Updated.

They have absolutely no interest in characters inhabiting the first three dimensions, save when those characters are using magic.

Skills: 9 at 8 ranks
Hide, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (the planes), Listen, Search, Sense Motive, Spellcraft, Spot, Survival?

Feats: 2
Ability Focus (warp magic)? Some save-booster?

Don't care for the Search or Sense Motive, but I'm not sure what to substitute them for.

Concentration instead of Sense Motive?

Great Fortitude I suppose, since that's their weakest save.
