This is my first attempt to convert an exhisting 2.0 creature but I've always liked the concept. I took the information from the "complete book of Elves" Please let me know what you think and what needs changing

Full Attack: Claw +5 (1d4+2), Claw +5 (1d4+2), Bite +5 (2d4+4)
Space/Reach: 5’/5’
Special Attacks: Trip/ Grapple
Special Qualities: +3 to will saves VS Enchantment and Charms, +5 to move silently and hide in woodlands
Saves: Fort +3, Ref: +6, Will: +5
Ability Scores: Str: 19, Dex: 15, Con: 15, Int: 4, Wis: 12, Cha: 8
Skills: Listen+11, Spot +8, Hide +5, Jump +5, Move Silently +5
Feats: Improved Trip, Improved Grapple, Alertness, Track.
