Core Crystalline Enemies

Several Spells like Shatter and Shout explain how the spell works against crystalline enemies, but I've never come across one in the MM (core only). Outside of an Animated Window Pane (etc) what monsters would fall under the crystalline category?

my original post was about core MM only. I would be hesitant to include earth elementals since their descriptions don't mention being subject to sonic attacks or being crystalline. Golems while potentially could be constructed from glass (I remember stain glass golem from ad&d), golems are immune to any spell that allows SR.

Outside of animated glass/crystal objects I'm still at a blank.

Because you are limiting what you are looking for to core. Just because the designers did not choose to include any creatures with this glass jaw in the first MM, did not mean they were ignoring the logical use of this spell down the road. So just going from core, that covers the Creating new monsters section of the MM.
