I seem to remember my LGS not getting the books in until the following Tuesday after the books were released. I could be wrong though. I would call up and ask your LGS for the days they would get new material, then ask if something is scheduled to come out on a Friday (like 4th Edition D&D) when would they get it in. And if 4th Edition will be a special case meaning they would get it early and only put it on the shelves on June 6th.

If my FLGS follows pattern, there will be a Midnight release of the books with contests with prizes and a couple of deals.

Yeah, the gas from Elk River to the Source is about a sourcebook price for me. =)

I know the Source gets their stuff in on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but will they have 4th Edition on the shelves on Friday, June 6th? Very hard to say because in my experience it's always been the Tuesday after the release date. We'll see though.

They told me it's going to be Release Day, period - Worldwide D&D Game Day is Saturday, June 7.

I have Friday, June 6 off of work, too. Which is AWSUM.
